A graduate of Wingate University, Shannon Smiley began working at C.A.R.E./The John 3:16 Center in January of 2005 as assistant to the founding director, Juli Jenkins. Shanta’ Garner is the Assistant Director at the John 3:16 Center. Originally from Plainfield, New Jersey, she has been a resident of Littleton, NC for the past 9 years. Shanta’ received a Bachelor of Science Degree from North Carolina Central University of Durham, North Carolina, and is currently pursuing a Masters degree.
